Creative Services Guidelines

Congratulations on choosing Chuck Bauer’s Creative Team to maximize your marketing services! Chuck and his team of professionals: creative graphic designers, reliable webmasters, and experienced content writers provide the very best sales tools to ensure your success in the marketplace!

Chuck and his team provide their clients with quality products at a fair price. In order to maintain their high standards of service, they expect the clients’ cooperation in adhering to these guidelines:

Content Submissions/Content Flow:

• Clients will receive a list of specific guidelines from Coach Chuck to follow for each cbsalestools ordered. Additionally, you will receive a personal audio message from Coach Chuck detailing some of his top secrets to making your marketing piece powerful.
• Don’t sweat the content or over do it. Follow the guidelines EXACTLY. Use bullet points for the majority of the content. Chuck’s professional writers do an excellent job of DOING THE WRITING for you!
• Once your content is complete and 100% ready to send to Chuck’s Creative Team, you will then send it in a MS Word Doc with photo/content attachments.  One MS Word Doc for each sales tool ordered. Do not combine multiple tools in one doc.
• Please deliver ALL the information AT ONE TIME.
• Photos: must be in HIGH RES .jpg format.
• Low Res photos will be automatically rejected by our team.
• When the drafts of your sales tools are complete, they will be delivered to you, via e-mail, for approval or approval with changes. We REQUIRE approval within 72 hours of us sending you the drafts.
• When approval is received, the Chuck Bauer Creative Services Team will forward to you THREE FILES per sales tool. The first file is a low res version you can email or use for internet applications. The second is a high res version that you can use to print directly from your office printer. The third will be an EPS file that you will send to your printer company of choice. You will NOT be able to open this file; however, your printer will be able to.
• These three files are TIME STAMPED and auto delete in 7 days. Upon reception of these files YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY save the three files to your computer.
• You will also receive a congratulatory note from Coach Chuck with some suggestions on using your sales tools along with suggestions for low-cost high-quality printing.

Payment: In advance of starting project, no exceptions.  We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express,  Discover & Checks

IMPORTANT - Your project development timeline will START when the following are received by Chuck Bauer and his Creative Team:

• Payment in full for your project
• All Content for your project

Commercial accounts with multiple applications MAY require longer time frames.

Acceptance: Once a project is complete, the client has three business days to proofread and submit changes to the product. All changes must be submitted electronically. A final proof will be delivered to the client. Any further changes will be billed at $150 per hour.

Custom Logos
You will be able to choose one of six custom concepts. If needed, up to two color changes and minor tweaks (no mix and match) on the logo you choose at no additional charge. If any further changes are needed or additional concepts, they will be billed at $150 per hour, per request, per incident, one hour minimum.

Designs for Print
Initial concept will be introduced and you are allowed one change to the layout design at no additional charge.  If original concept is not satisfactory, one more concept is provided at no additional charge. Changes to the content submitted, additional concepts (beyond two) or layout design changes (beyond two) will be billed at $150 per hour, per request, per incident, one hour minimum.

Websites
One layout/design concept is provided; when approved you may make up to three color or positioning changes. If the initial layout/design concept is not satisfactory, a second concept is provided at no additional charge. Changes to the content submitted, additional concepts (beyond two) or layout design changes (beyond two) will be billed at $150 per hour, per request, per incident, one hour minimum.

Emergency Projects:
We accept speedy requirements with pleasure. Chuck Bauer’s Creative Services Team takes pride in meeting every challenge, and thrives on high-velocity results.  They will operate in overdrive, in overtime to complete your project.  If SPEED is ESSENTIAL to your project, Chuck Bauer’s Creative Services Team will deliver it on time, at double the fee, paid in advance.
