Database Driven - A database driven web site collects information and stores it in an online database. The information is dynamically displayed on your web page. Simply login to an online interface using a unique username and password to update and maintain your site’s content.
Main Navigation Pages - Each site has a main navigation structure that guides a viewer around your site. The pages listed in this main structure are considered your main navigation pages. They usually are no more than six main pages in smaller sites. In larger sites, each page thereafter is typically house in sub-navigation or links within text of the main pages.
Resources Page - A page that has links to articles written by your company (articles are wonderful ways to add credibility to your business), links to articles written about your company (news releases, etc), links to related websites that will help further your expertise in the field or add significance to your site.
Cross-Browser Friendly - All our sites are cross-browser friendly. This simply means that it works in most every browser available, not just Internet Explorer. (browsers such as Safari, Firefox, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera, etc.). This means your message is available to a wider audience and will display correctly despite what browser your potential customers use.
Search Engine Optimized - All our sites are search engine optimized. Text is full of keywords and each page has its own set of keywords and description embedded to optimize the chances of a search engine (such as Google or Yahoo!) returning search results on your site’s pages. Our sites are based on internet standards and validated by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium – the makers of “internet coding standards”). Search engines tend to favor sites that are based on W3C standards since they are more accessible to every person, browser and even the visually impaired who use screen readers.

Future-Proof – We separate your content from your design. Since all your content resides in a database there is never a need to completely recreate your content in the future should you change your design, layout or colors.
Photo Gallery – A section of your site where categorized photos can be displayed.
Forum/Discussion Board – An interactive area where clients or employees can communicate online by making individual posts.
E-Mail Contact Form – A form that a user fills out with their contact information and the website collects the information processes it and e-mails it to the designated e-mail address for your company. A form is useful in cutting down on the amount of spam a website can attract since it hides your e-mail address from malicious spammers.
E-Mail Contact Link – A simple link that a user clicks on and opens their e-mail and inserts your e-mail address into their e-mail editor. These links are easily found and harvested by malicious spammers.
RSS Feed – Really Simple Syndication. Feed readers such as NewsGator, Pluck, FeedDemon, etc. have become commonplace for many internet users. A user can subscribe to your feed if they are interested in your content and find your site useful. Any time you update your site with real content it will send the actual content to their reader, where they can choose to read the information in their reader or will take them to your site to read the content. RSS feeds promotes repeat visitors, link popularity, and ease of use.
Upload images and PDF documents online – Now there is no need for an external FTP program to get images and PDF documents to your website, you can simply click and browse to your document/image and upload it to your site via your web browser when you login.
Mailing List Database – Collect newsletter or e-mail recipient addresses directly through your website. They can simply sign up through an e-mail contact form on your site or you can add them yourself from your administrators panel. The list can be categorized if you wish, and from your control panel online you can easily send email or newsletters to a select group of recipients.
Training – Chuck provides the training you need to get started maintaining and updating your own website. In addition he holds a quarterly national conference call to help further your training.
Domain Name Registration – A domain name is the web address for your website (such as www.chuckbauer.com). We will purchase this name for you based on availability, and direct the DNS, nameservers, to your hosting account so that your site works properly. We will also keep track of its expiration date and bill you annually before it expires.
Hosting – Your website and its content resides on a server that is accessible to the world wide web. We provide this service based on your sites’ needs and you will be billed annually.
FTP – File Transfer Protocol. An FTP program is software used to transfer information from your computer to your website server. Database driven sites do not require an FTP program.
HTML - Hypertext Markup Language. The basic language of the internet that makes your pages readable by browsers.
HTML editor – Software that allows you to easily edit HTML to update pages. An HTML editor is not required with a database driven site.
